The unique design of the GA5-75 Series includes an integral refrigerated dryer in the enclosed version. The revolutionary concept greatly simplifies installation and reduces space requirements. OSD, condensate oil/water separators are also part of the GA series line. They can be stand alone or offered as integrated in many compressor models.
GA units incorporate the latest generation of Atlas Copco's Elektronikon, a microprocessor control system. In addition to providing optimized efficiency through sophisticated control algorithms, the Elektronikon enhances reliability and routine maintenance by continuously monitoring the operating status and condition of the compressor.
A wide variety of models are available from basic unenclosed units, to full packages with sound attentuated enclosures. Units are available in both air and water-cooled designs.
In the smaller horsepower sizes, units have V-belt drive and are available base or tank-mounted. Larger units have a flexible coupling/gear drive arrangement, and are available in base mounted configurations. In either case, no special foundations are required.
For high pressure applications (up to 290 psig), the two stage GR's are available as totally packaged units. All G Series compressors have been designed to provide the ultimate in efficient performance, reliable operation and ease of maintenance.

The Z Pack is designed to eliminate the need for oil in the compression chamber. There is no need for costly filtration systems which can fail, thereby contaminating your product and the environment. The Z compressor is a positive displacement compressor which provides you with the most stable year-round operation available. There is no requirement for oversized motors or complicated controls to limit the power under varying ambient conditions. Most models are available as either air-cooled or water-cooled to further simplify your installation.
